In 2022, Aaron Hoyt and Ed Bausman had a wild idea: create a car show that combined their passion for Mopars with their desire to give back to a cause they deeply believed in.
Their vision was simple--build a show that captured the best parts of the car show community while leaving behind the things that often kept people from enjoying the experience. A show built around camaraderie, inclusivity, and giving back. A show for the enthusiasts, by the enthusiasts.
And so, the Turpentine Creek Mopar Classic was born--the People's Show.
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization was formed soon after, and what started as a crazy idea has grown into one of Arkansas' largest Mopar-only events, bringing together enthusiasts from across the country while making a meaningful impact for Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge.
The rest, as they say, is history.

Over the years, the Turpentine Creek Mopar Classic has grown from a modest gathering of fewer than 100 vehicles in our inaugural year into one of the premier Mopar-only events in Arkansas, welcoming well over 100 vehicles each year. But the real success of this event isn't measured by the number of cars on the show field--it's measured by the difference we've made together.
When we first partnered with Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, we set an ambitious goal: raise $25,000 to help fund a new big cat habitat in Freedom Field. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, participants, volunteers, vendors, and spectators, we proudly surpassed that milestone in 2025.
The momentum didn't stop there.
With another $5,500 raised during our 2026 event, the Turpentine Creek Mopar Classic has now donated more than $31,000 to Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge since the show's inception.

Every registration, sponsorship, raffle ticket, auction bid, and donation helps provide lifelong care for rescued big cats and other exotic animals at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge.
So where do we go from here? We're not slowing down. With each new year, our goal is simple: build an even bigger event, welcome more Mopar enthusiasts from across the country, and continue making a lasting impact for the incredible animals that call Turpentine Creek home.

At the Turpentine Creek Mopar Classic, we measure success by the impact we make--not just the number of cars on the show field. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers, the generosity of our sponsors, the support of our vendors, and the enthusiasm of hundreds of participants and spectators, we've donated more than $31,000 to Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge since our inaugural event in 2022.
Together, we fulfilled our original commitment to help fund a new big cat habitat in Freedom Field by surpassing our $25,000 goal, and we're just getting started.
As the Turpentine Creek Mopar Classic continues to grow, so does our commitment to supporting the lifesaving work of Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge. Every registration, raffle ticket, auction bid, sponsorship, and donation helps provide lifelong care for rescued big cats and other exotic animals.
The momentum continues to build, and we're excited to see what we can accomplish together in the years ahead. What is it?
The Turpentine Creek Mopar Classic was created as a way to raise funds and awareness for the hard work done by the great people at the Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, a non-profit organization to provide lifetime refuge for abused and neglected “Big Cats” with emphasis on tigers, lions, leopards, and cougars. All proceeds from the show will go to the refuge!
We welcome all Dodge, Ram, Jeep, Chrysler, Eagle, AMC, Abarth, Peugeot, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Maserati, Imperial, De Soto, Plymouth, AMX, and even some Lambos! So if you're in that list--bring it to the show!

MOPARADE
The MOPARADE is back for another year of fun! If you’ve ever been to Eureka Springs in the summer, you know that parades through town are one of the biggest parts of this little town’s personality. Now, you can bring YOUR Mopar and be part of the excitement! This event is open to ALL registered participants—if your car can drive, it’s in! The parade is a police escorted trip around Eureka Springs' Historic Loop. The MOPARADE is included with your registration, so dress it up, light it up, or just drive it up—just don’t miss it!
Friday Night Lights
We've got some of the wildest, craziest lighting setups you'll ever see! Underglow, underhood, interior, trunk--some of these lighting installs are absolutely wild! Join us after the MOPARADE until about 10pm, and bring the family! This is an all-ages event that's sure to please the eyes!
Car Show
The main show takes place on the Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge grounds, with plenty of food trucks, vendors, and sponsors, as well as all of the Mopar metal your eyes can take! The show runs from 9:00am until 2:00pm, with award presentations closing out the day. We'll also have charity auctions and a 50/50 pot! Registration is limited to 150 cars, so get registered! Pre-registration gets you admission to the MOPARADE, a free show T-shirt, and a free 4x6 refrigerator magnet of your entry photo!
